This website provides general information about So Hohm’s listing-preparation cleaning service and a way to submit a scheduling request. Website content is not a binding quote, guarantee, or offer to perform services.
Scheduling requests
A submitted request does not confirm a booking. So Hohm must review the property, condition, timing, access, location, and cleaning scope before confirming availability, price, or service terms.
Service boundaries
The service described here is cleaning. Any additional work must be expressly agreed in writing. Photography, staging, styling, repairs, decluttering, waste removal, laundry, restocking, and third-party coordination are not included merely because a property is being prepared for market.
Acceptable use
You agree to submit accurate information, use the website lawfully, avoid interfering with its operation, and not attempt to access systems or information without authorization.
