What we collect

When you send a scheduling request, we collect the contact, property, timing, event, condition, access, and scope information you provide. Phone number is optional. Please do not submit sensitive personal information that is not needed to assess the cleaning request.

How we use it

We use this information to review your request, communicate with you, determine scope and availability, and keep reasonable business records. Submitting a request does not confirm a booking.

Service providers

The website is hosted by Vercel. Resend processes the notification and acknowledgement emails. Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights provide cookieless, aggregated site and performance measurement.

Optional analytics and advertising

If you accept optional technologies, Google Analytics and Meta Pixel load on the website. These tools may receive information such as the page and referring URL, browser and device information, IP address, and cookie or online identifiers. We use Google Analytics to understand site use and Meta Pixel to measure visits and advertising performance and to help us reach audiences with So Hohm advertising.

Meta Pixel’s Automatic Advanced Matching is enabled. Depending on the matching fields configured in Meta Events Manager, the Pixel may recognize contact or location identifiers you enter on this website, such as name, email address, phone number, city, province or state, or postal code, when Pixel events occur. Meta states that these identifiers are normalized and hashed in the browser before transmission. Meta may use them to match website activity with Meta accounts, improve advertising measurement, and help create or reach advertising audiences. We do not manually add scheduling-form values to the Pixel code; Automatic Advanced Matching is controlled through Meta’s settings.

Google and Meta process information under their own policies, including the Google Privacy Policy and Meta Privacy Policy.

Retention and protection

We retain request information only as long as reasonably needed for the inquiry, service delivery, business records, dispute handling, and applicable legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

Google Analytics and Meta Pixel do not load unless you accept them. You may reject these optional technologies or change your choice through “Analytics and advertising preferences” in the footer. A changed preference applies to future collection on this website; you may also clear cookies in your browser. Vercel’s cookieless measurement remains active. Updates

We may update this notice as the website or business practices change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
