What we collect
When you send a scheduling request, we collect the contact, property, timing, event, condition, access, and scope information you provide. Phone number is optional. Please do not submit sensitive personal information that is not needed to assess the cleaning request.
How we use it
We use this information to review your request, communicate with you, determine scope and availability, and keep reasonable business records. Submitting a request does not confirm a booking.
Service providers
The website is hosted by Vercel. Resend processes the notification and acknowledgement emails. Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights provide cookieless, aggregated site and performance measurement. Google Analytics loads only after you accept optional analytics.
Retention and protection
We retain request information only as long as reasonably needed for the inquiry, service delivery, business records, dispute handling, and applicable legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may reject optional Google Analytics or change that choice through “Analytics preferences” in the footer. To ask about, correct, or request deletion of information you submitted, email support@sohohm.com.
Updates
